- 1Act as liaison between team members and Management ensuring effective communication and issue resolution

- 8Ensure team members fulfill roles effectively maintaining operational smoothness
- 9Provide insights for process improvements supporting leadership objectives
- 10Provide resources to team members to optimize performance
- 11Work closely with Management to maintain inventory integrity aiming for 2% variance
