  • 7Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction through proactive service
  • 8Identify target clients and implement pre-positioning activities
  • 9Drive proposal development for strategic business pursuits
  • 10Collaborate with sector leadership on go/no-go decisions for regional projects
  • 11Execute client win plans and support implementation processes

Requirements11

  • 15+ years experience in business development within Central Texas region
  • 2Proven track record in marketing or client engagement across Southeast Texas markets
  • 3Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Architecture
  • 4Demonstrated leadership capabilities with demonstrated success in team management
  • 5Deep understanding of architecture civil engineering industry dynamics
  • 6Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills for stakeholder interactions
  • 7Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
  • 8Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • 9Experience with AWS Certified credentials preferred
  • 10Familiarity with Kubernetes and Spark technologies relevant to technical operations
  • 11Experience working in dynamic organizational settings
