What You'll Do10

  • 1Develop and execute business development strategies with regional leadership to drive growth.
  • 2Build long-term relationships with clients, teaming partners, and industry leaders through events and advisory services.
  • 3Maintain relationships with elected officials, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
  • 4Act as the primary liaison between Parkhill and local, state, and federal government stakeholders.
  • 5Research infrastructure funding opportunities and public policy trends affecting planning, design, and construction.
  • 6Provide economic, budget, and public policy analysis to leadership.
  • 7Represent Parkhill at council meetings, conferences, and seminars.
  • 8Collaborate with regional and sector business development teams to enhance client experience.
  • 9Document leads, opportunities, and client information in the CRM system.
  • 10Organize and lead local client hospitality events.

Requirements7

  • 1Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or related field from an accredited institution.
  • 215+ years experience in client relations or account management, ideally in engineering, architecture, or consulting.
  • 3Strong network with public sector agencies, elected officials, and industry associations.
  • 4Proven success in winning government contracts or public-sector projects.
  • 5Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • 6Ability to navigate political, regulatory, and procurement environments.
  • 7Familiarity with federal, state, and municipal funding streams and procurement processes.
