What You'll Do8
- 1Create job descriptions and partner with hiring managers to approve requisitions
- 2Manage internal and external job postings across platforms
- 3Maintain applicant data in UKG and review candidates against requirements
- 4Pre-screen applicants and forward qualified candidates to hiring managers
- 5Assist in preparing and sending offer packages
- 6Follow up on new hire paperwork including benefits enrollment and start dates
- 7Serve as resource for interviewing skills and assessment processes
- 8Participate in additional projects and assignments as needed
Requirements10
- 15+ years recruiting experience
- 23-5 seasons of professional background
- 3Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 4Proven recruiting expertise
- 5Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- 6Ability to handle confidential information
- 7Demonstrated organizational skills and deadline management
- 8Expertise in social media recruiting tools
- 9Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- 10Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity practices
