Overview
The Recruiter owns the full-cycle recruitment process and delivers exceptional outcomes. This role partners with hiring managers to develop strategies, source candidates, and manage the hiring pipeline. You will ensure a seamless experience from sourcing to onboarding.
What You'll Do9
- 1Create job descriptions and collaborate with hiring manager for requisition approval
- 2Manage internal and external job postings
- 3Maintain applicant and interview data in UKG
- 4Review candidates against position requirements
- 5Pre-screen and forward suitable candidates to hiring managers
- 6Assist in preparing and sending offer packages
- 7Follow up on new hires including paperwork and start date notification
- 8Serve as resource for interviewing skills and assessment processes
- 9Participate in additional activities and assignments as needed

- 1Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related program
- 2Prior recruiting experience
- 3Demonstrated professional demeanor and ethical conduct
- 4Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 5Ability to handle confidential information
- 6Proven track record of organizing work and setting priorities
- 7Skill in interviewing and assessment techniques
- 8Knowledge of social media applications related to recruiting
- 9Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word and PowerPoint
- 10Action-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- 11Hands-on and strategic approach
