RCF Nurse Manager
Overview
We seek a dynamic and compassionate RCF Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations at Serenity Hills Senior Living. This vital role combines clinical expertise with strong leadership to ensure exceptional patient care compliance and effective team management. The Nurse Manager will coordinate multidisciplinary teams implement care protocols and foster a positive environment promoting resident well-being and staff development.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead and supervise nursing staff including scheduling performance evaluations and ongoing training
- 2Oversee patient assessments vital signs monitoring medication administration IV infusion management catheter care and wound care
- 3Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans for residents with complex needs such as dementia care behavioral health issues or chronic conditions
- 4Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA NCQA standards and state-specific licensing requirements
- 5Utilize electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner to document medical records accurately
- 6Conduct clinical audits infection control procedures and quality assurance activities
- 7Manage discharge planning family communication and collaboration with physicians for diagnostic evaluations
- 8Demonstrate proven experience in RCF settings including nursing homes or assisted living facilities
- 9Show supervisory or nurse management experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- 10Maintain proficiency with EMR/EHR systems
- 11Apply strong knowledge of medical terminology utilization review processes and specialized care techniques
