What You'll Do11

Requirements5
- 1Graduate degree from accredited nursing school with active RN licensure
- 2Minimum 5 years supervised nursing experience
- 3Proven supervisory capability in long-term care settings
- 4Thorough understanding of nursing theories and specialized procedures
- 5Ability to interpret complex medical documentation and instructions
