What You'll Do11
- 1Provide oversight and leadership to all on-duty nursing staff during non-business hours
- 2Ensure proper staffing levels and monitor workflow
- 3Act as highest-ranking on-site authority during after-hours and weekends
- 4Make timely decisions related to patient care staffing safety and operations
- 5Collaborate with other departments and escalate issues appropriately
- 6Offer clinical expertise in resolving patient care challenges
- 7Assist with complex cases or difficult family situations
- 8Handle call-ins or last-minute staffing changes ensuring coverage
- 9Develop and maintain care standards through regular rounds
- 10Give and receive nursing reports upon shift change
- 11Maintain clean and sanitary work areas
Requirements5
- 1Current CPR Certification
- 2Active LPN license in the state
- 3Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
- 4At least 5+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 5Long-term care and MDS experience preferred
