What You'll Do9
- 1Supervise LPNs Medication Aides CNAs/STNAs and other staff providing direct care
- 2Plans assigns and directs work in alignment with resident needs and staff capabilities
- 3Prepares work assignments adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety
- 4Receives staffing-related calls and arranges replacements as needed
- 5Transfers employees among units per staffing demands
- 6Completes performance evaluations and provides input on hiring disciplining terminating staff
- 7Adjusts break schedules and resolves staff concerns
- 8Oversees unit operations during absence of higher-level management
- 9Uses independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certification
- 3BCBA certification
- 4AWS Certified
- 55+ years constructing Python applications with Flask
