What You'll Do7
- 1Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities.
- 2Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs during 90-day onboarding.
- 3Track client progress through data collection and adjust strategies with BCBA guidance.
- 4Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent use of behavior strategies at home.
- 5Document client progress and medical records accurately in compliance with care standards.
- 6Support daily living activities (ADLs) and social interactions during sessions.
- 7Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles to build communication and social skills.
Requirements7
- 1RBT certification active and in good standing.
- 21+ years experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
- 3Bilingual Spanish-English fluency required.
- 4High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree (completed or in progress) preferred.
- 5Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- 6Familiarity with ABA techniques and behavioral health settings.
- 7Strong interpersonal skills to engage children and adolescents.
