Overview
We seek a dedicated bilingual English Spanish Registered Behavior Technician to deliver high quality behavioral therapy to children and individuals with developmental disabilities in homes schools and community settings. What You'll Do7
- 1Deliver direct behavioral therapy using evidence based ABA protocols tailored to each client need
- 2Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living to promote independence and self care
- 3Collect and record accurate behavioral data to monitor progress and guide treatment adjustments
- 4Support behavior management through positive reinforcement strategies and techniques
- 5Collaborate with supervisors teachers and families to implement personalized care plans aligned with client goals
- 6Maintain detailed medical documentation behavioral records and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- 7Communicate effectively with clients and families in both English and Spanish
Requirements8
- 1Valid Registered Behavior Technician certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- 2Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with strong verbal communication skills
- 3Experience working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other neurodevelopmental disabilities
- 4Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis behavior management and data collection methods
- 5Familiarity with medical terminology medical records and HIPAA compliance standards
- 6Prior experience in home based settings or school environments supporting individuals with disabilities
- 7Strong organizational skills for accurate documentation and client care planning
