What You'll Do7
- 1Provide direct ABA therapy in home and community settings based on individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- 2Support skill development in communication social interaction daily routines safety awareness and independence
- 3Collect accurate session data and communicate client progress with the supervising BCBA
- 4Collaborate with families and caregivers to maintain consistency across environments
- 5Assist with preparing session materials and implementing individualized programming
- 6Maintain professionalism confidentiality and ethical standards
- 7Participate in ongoing training supervision and team collaboration
Requirements5
- 1Current active RBT certification required
- 2Experience working with children individuals with disabilities or behavioral health services preferred
- 3Compassionate patient collaborative and reliable
- 4Comfortable working with a variety of ages abilities and behaviors
- 5Strong communication professionalism ability to pass background check and reference check
