What You'll Do6
- 1Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- 2Collect data on client behavior during sessions
- 3Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
- 4Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors
- 5Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- 6Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care coordination
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities especially autism
- 2Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to protect medical records
- 5Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- 6Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 7At least 18 years of age
- 8Willingness to commute fully to Arvada Colorado
- 9Travel availability required
