As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you own direct ABA therapy delivery for school-aged students in Denver, CO. You implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs and teachers across a full school day. What You'll Do8

  • 1Implement ABA behavior intervention plans for assigned students, adjusting delivery based on real-time data.
  • 2Collect and record behavioral data during sessions, using notes to guide program changes.
  • 3Collaborate with BCBAs and classroom teachers to align therapy targets with educational goals.
  • 4Run discrete trial training and natural environment teaching, tailoring strategies to each learner.
  • 5Support students during transitions and social interactions, reinforcing positive behaviors.
  • 6Maintain a safe and productive therapy environment, following school protocols and CPI guidelines.
  • 7Communicate progress to families and team members, documenting each session accurately.
  • 8Attend team meetings and training sessions to sharpen clinical skills, using provided online webinars and free CEUs.

Requirements7

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2Active RBT licensure from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • 310 months of applied behavior analysis experience.
  • 4Reliable transportation to travel between school sites in the Denver metro area.
  • 5Available Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm.
  • 6School-based experience preferred; CPI certification preferred, or earn it within the first 90 days.
  • 7Must pass a background check and clear district fingerprinting.
