What You'll Do6
- 1Deliver ABA therapy in 1:1 sessions, implementing skill acquisition programs and following individual treatment plans.
- 2Communicate professionally with families to report progress and provide guidance.
- 3Accurately record client progress data and adjust interventions as needed.
- 4Manage challenging behaviors using positive behavior support strategies.
- 5Travel to client homes and community settings to deliver services as scheduled.
- 6Participate in initial and ongoing RBT training and commit to continuous learning.
Requirements6
- 11+ years experience in ABA or related field (or willingness to train).
- 2Ability to obtain RBT certification within specified timeframe.
- 3Strong communication skills for interacting with families and team members.
- 4Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Atlanta metro.
- 5High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's in psychology or related preferred.
- 6Ability to work flexible hours including 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
