Overview
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic and home settings, owning treatment plans under BCBA guidance. What You'll Do6
- 1Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients, implementing individualized treatment plans.
- 2Run skill acquisition and behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
- 3Record session data accurately and maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA.
- 4Communicate with families and supervisors on session progress and challenges.
- 5Attend scheduled supervision, training, and staff meetings.
- 6Travel between clinic and in-home sessions as assigned.
Requirements8
- 1Hold a high school diploma or GED.
- 2Have 1+ year of ABA experience (preferred).
- 3Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- 4Provide proof of auto insurance and pass a background screening.
- 5Maintain current CPR certification (reimbursement available after 90 days).
- 6Pass a TB test and lift up to 40 pounds.
- 7Hold active RBT certification (strongly preferred).
- 8Enrollment in BCBA or BCaBA coursework is a plus.
