Overview

What You'll Do7
- 1Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in home and community settings
- 2Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- 3Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors during each session
- 4Use DTT and NET teaching strategies to build communication, social, and daily living skills
- 5Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care
- 6Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings
- 7Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment for clients
Requirements6
- 1Active RBT certification required
- 2High school diploma or GED required
- 33+ months of ABA experience required
- 4Strong communication and interpersonal skills
