Overview

What You'll Do8

- 5Attend scheduled sessions consistently, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
- 6Adapt session activities to client needs, using reinforcement strategies from ABA.
- 7Communicate progress and concerns to supervisors, supporting treatment adjustments.
- 8Transport yourself to assigned locations using a reliable vehicle.
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.
- 21+ year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically ASD, in home or community settings.
- 3Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between cases.
- 4Pass a background check before employment.
- 5Physical ability to perform job functions, including lifting and active engagement with clients.
- 6Availability for full-time or part-time schedules, including afternoons and evenings.
- 7Commitment to pursuing RBT certification or BCBA supervision hours preferred.
