Overview
You'll lead ABA therapy delivery as a Lead RBT in Norcross, GA, supporting a team of RBTs and BCBAs while maintaining a 1:1 client caseload. You'll model best practices, mentor peers, and ensure treatment fidelity across cases. Requirements7
- 1Active RBT certification in good standing.
- 21+ years providing ABA services in clinic, home, or school settings.
- 3Demonstrated leadership abilities or experience mentoring peers.
- 4Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior intervention, and data collection.
- 5Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- 6Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- 7Passion for mentoring others and delivering high-quality, meaningful care.
