Overview

You'll own the facility's QMS and training programs at Sprout, supporting a >66% YoY growth ITAD company. You'll drive ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, R2v3, and NAID AAA compliance while building SOPs and training. You'll partner with the Compliance Manager and Facility Manager to keep audits clean and teams competent. This role combines quality and training into one critical function, directly impacting safety and data security.

What You'll Do9

  • 1Control QMS documentation: version control, approvals, and accessibility for site-level ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 policies.
  • 2Maintain audit, compliance, and certification records to support inspections and internal reviews.
  • 3Align operational process documentation with approved SOWs and QEHS policies for the Director of Continuous Improvement.
  • 4Act as site liaison during internal and external audits, tracking corrective actions to closure.
  • 5Develop and standardize SOPs with operational SMEs, using Microsoft SharePoint for version control.
  • 6Support onboarding and recurring training for QMS, EHS, and data security, maintaining accurate training logs.
  • 7Support risk assessments for data security, environmental impact, and OH&S hazards using NAID AAA guidelines.
  • 8Participate in site Gemba walks and collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and technical teams for QMS compliance.
  • 9Prepare and present QMS metrics and trends at safety committee meetings and site reviews.

Requirements8

  • 11-3 years in compliance, quality, safety, or training coordination within industrial, manufacturing, or ITAD environments.
  • 2Working knowledge of ISO 9001, R2v3, NAID AAA, or ISO 14001/45001.
  • 3Experience maintaining SOPs, training logs, or audit records.
  • 4Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • 5Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
  • 6Comfortable leading cross-functional coordination between ops, EHS, and IT teams.
  • 7Able to lift to 30 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment as needed.
  • 8Preferred: experience in electronics recycling, data sanitization, or ITAD, plus Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO internal auditor certification.
