  • 4Design a central compliance dashboard in SharePoint or Excel to track permit conditions, inspections, and corrective actions.
  • 5Train site managers on waste segregation and labeling to cut contamination incidents by 30%.
  • 6Coordinate quarterly cross-site compliance reviews with engineering to prioritize capital fixes for emission controls.
  • 7Investigate root causes of non-conformances and issue corrective action plans within 48 hours of detection.
  • 8Represent the company during EPA and state inspections, preparing documentation and coordinating responses.
  • 9Collaborate with engineering to implement new monitoring equipment for CEMS and pH sensors at wastewater plants.

Requirements8

  • 15+ years environmental compliance experience in manufacturing, with direct exposure to EPA regulations and DOT waste rules.
  • 2Hands-on ISO 14001 implementation or audit experience, including internal auditor certification.

  • 6Practical problem-solving using Lean and Six Sigma tools for root cause analysis.
