QA Test Analyst II, Auto Finance & Loan Originations
Overview
You will own testing for retail and lease credit and funding system changes at Stellantis Financial Services, a captive finance arm for iconic automakers. Your work ensures Dealertrack, RouteOne, DDS, and LexisNexis integrations perform reliably, protecting production stability and compliance. You will join cross-functional Agile scrum teams, acting as a quality gatekeeper for LOS behavior and business rules. What You'll Do9
- 1Develop comprehensive test plans and cases for sprint stories, enhancements, and production issues, using TestRail and JIRA.
- 2Validate LOS configurations, workflows, and integrations with Dealertrack, RouteOne, DDS, and LexisNexis.
- 3Execute functional, regression, and integration tests across retail and lease originations, documenting results in TestRail.
- 4Log, track, and manage defects to resolution, collaborating with developers and analysts using JIRA.
- 5Triages incoming requests to ensure business requirements are testable and aligned with expected system behavior.
- 6Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros) and provide QA insights.
- 7Support UAT and deployment readiness, confirming deliverables are validated and approved for production.
- 8Monitor production performance post-deployment, especially credit and funding impacts, and escalate issues.
- 9Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools, enhancing coverage and efficiency.
Requirements9
- 12+ years in software QA testing within the auto-finance/lease industry.
- 21+ years in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- 33+ years in credit or funding operations within auto finance/lease originations.
- 4Proficiency with Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
- 5Experience with dealer portals: Dealertrack, RouteOne, Shaw.
- 6Proficiency with TestRail and JIRA.
- 7Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing best practices.
- 8High school diploma or GED.
- 9Ability to work overtime as needed and travel 0-10%.
