Overview
You own design, configuration, and implementation of solutions in the Loan Origination System for auto finance operations at Stellantis Financial Services. You translate complex business needs into executable rules, automated workflows, and system logic, working with credit and funding teams across US and Canada. What You'll Do8
- 1Design and implement features including business rules, credit logic, automated workflows, and interface enhancements in the Loan Origination System.
- 2Gather requirements from stakeholders to design technical solutions that meet business goals.
- 3Manage configuration changes with minimal supervision, validating and testing for accuracy and compliance.
- 4Resolve moderately complex system issues and production bugs with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- 5Maintain records of configurations, change requests, and code reviews.
- 6Build custom integrations using JavaScript formulas and logic for retail lending.
- 7Lead small system configuration projects within a sprint cycle.
- 8Coordinate with external vendors to resolve software limitations.
Requirements8
- 15+ years experience in credit or funding within auto finance lending.
- 23+ years as a systems engineer, rules developer, or configurations analyst.
- 32+ years experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- 4Advanced ability to architect calculations, business rules, and decision logic within a Loan Origination System.
- 5Proficiency in visual process mapping and technical writing.
- 6Act as a technical intermediary between business and technology teams.
- 7Intermediate experience with JIRA or comparable project management tools.
- 8Bachelor's degree in business or IT, or equivalent experience.
