Lease Sprint Manager, Auto Finance
Overview
You will own the Lease originations sprint team at Stellantis Financial Services, assigning projects and initiatives for a growing captive finance arm of a global automaker. You will manage a team of developers and analysts, prioritize the product backlog, and drive features from concept to production. You will partner with business stakeholders and the Agile team to deliver production support modifications and new features within the Lease originations system. This role offers the chance to shape product direction in a hybrid setting across Atlanta, Dallas, Auburn Hills, Houston, or Phoenix.
What You'll Do9
- 1Manage, coach, and develop the Sprint team staff, including performance reviews and goal setting.
- 2Lead research for new products and vendors, analyzing feasibility within the Lease system framework.
- 3Collaborate with the project manager to define vendor requirements, test plans, and implementation plans for the Lease originations system.
- 4Own the product backlog, organize sprints, and answer developer questions as needed.
- 5Convert project management initiatives into detailed stories and tasks for the development team.
- 6Drive the daily triage process for operational tickets, making tradeoff decisions with project management leaders.
- 7Analyze past enhancements and design testing plans to improve user experience.
- 8Identify opportunities for product enhancements based on test results and performance metrics.
- 9Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support the Lease originations team.
Requirements12
- 15+ years in auto finance or related lending experience.
- 2High school diploma or GED required.
- 3Extensive experience in product plan design, development, and full product lifecycle methodologies.
- 4Strong knowledge of product specialty, job area principles, and practices.
- 5Proven ability to create, prioritize, and recommend epics and features, with competitive research and analysis.
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication, with report and business requirement writing skills.
- 7Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with configurable originations systems.
- 8Ability to solve practical problems in limited standardization scenarios.
- 9Travel 10%-25% as required.
- 10Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
- 11Preferred: Originations experience in a sprint environment, Agile or SAFe Agile certification.
- 12Preferred: Jira and Confluence skills.
