Originations QA Test Analyst II
Overview
Critical contributor within Originations Scrum Teams ensuring high-quality delivery of retail and lease credit funding system changes. Independently develops test strategies executes functional regression and integration testing validates system configurations and drives issue resolution across cross-functional partners. Serves as quality gatekeeper for business rules workflows third-party integrations and LOS behavior supporting production stability compliance and dealer customer experience.
What You'll Do11
- 1Develop and execute comprehensive test plans test cases and acceptance criteria for sprint stories enhancements and production issues
- 2Validate LOS configurations workflows and third-party integrations such as Dealertrack RouteOne DDS LexisNexis to ensure system accuracy and reliability
- 3Perform functional regression and integration testing across retail and lease originations processes
- 4Log track and manage defects collaborating with developers and analysts to drive timely resolution
- 5Triaging and clarifying incoming requests to ensure business requirements are testable and aligned with expected system behavior
- 6Document and communicate test results ensuring traceability accuracy and compliance with internal QA standards
- 7Participate in Agile ceremonies planning stand-ups reviews retros and provide QA insights that inform team commitments and improvements
- 8Support UAT and deployment readiness confirming deliverables are validated approved and prepared for production release
- 9Monitor production performance post-deployment especially credit and funding impacts and escalate issues through appropriate channels
- 10Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools identifying opportunities to enhance quality efficiency and testing coverage
- 11Own test strategy execution and execution of test plans across multiple projects
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 2 years in software QA testing within auto-finance or lease industry
- 2Minimum 1 year Agile Scrum experience
- 3Minimum 3 years experience in credit or funding operations within auto finance lease originations
- 4Proficiency with Loan Origination Systems such as Spark Airflow Dealertrack RouteOne Shaw
- 5Proficiency with QA tracking tools like TestRail and Agile tools like JIRA
- 6Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing best practices
- 7Excellent written and oral communication skills
- 8Ability to multitask prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- 9Ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional partners
- 10High school diploma or GED
