Overview
The BA/QA Analyst bridges business needs and technology solutions ensuring quality of mortgage products. This dual role focuses on implementing a new LOS involving stakeholder collaboration and QA testing. The analyst provides business support for system issues.
What You'll Do21
- 1Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document requirements and process flows
- 2Develop expertise on Rosegate LOS platform and Lender configuration features
- 3Create business and functional requirements documents and process diagrams
- 4Analyze processes to identify improvements and automation opportunities
- 5Act as liaison between business teams and technical teams
- 6Develop test plans and execute test cases and scripts
- 7Perform functional regression and integration testing
- 8Lead user acceptance testing with defect tracking
- 9Work with cross-functional teams to ensure system enhancements do not impact workflows
- 10Assist in test data and environment setup for mortgage applications
- 11Ensure compliance with regulatory standards during testing
- 12Maintain documentation for requirements and test results
- 13Provide updates on test progress and issue resolution
- 14Prepare test reports and defect summaries for management
- 15Document and track process changes and communicate updates
- 16Participate in daily standups and sprint planning
- 17Provide UI feedback and train end-users on new systems
- 18Identify process improvements and recommend automation strategies
- 19Stay current with mortgage regulations and industry trends
- 20Improve test coverage and QA efficiency
