What You'll Do7

  • 1Own clinical operations for women's health, Tuberculosis, Sexual Health, Childhood Lead prevention, and Immunizations clinics.
  • 2Perform blood draws, specimen collection, injections, and other essential nursing interventions.
  • 3Deliver immunizations for children and adults ages 6 months and up, following recommended schedules.
  • 4Lead teaching, counseling, and epidemiological investigations for communicable diseases.
  • 5Deliver nursing services across community settings: homes, clinics, and schools.
  • 6Apply nursing, social, and public health sciences to promote health and prevent disease spread.
  • 7Drive case management and patient advocacy for complex community health needs.

Requirements8

  • 1Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • 2Valid New Jersey Professional Registered Nurse (RN) license and CPR certification required.
  • 33+ years of clinical experience, preferably in a public health setting.
  • 4Proven case management and patient advocacy skills.
  • 5Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • 6Ability to perform health assessments, develop care plans, and manage complex patient needs.
  • 7Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse populations.
  • 8Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
