What You'll Do7
- 1Build and coordinate all transactions across properties to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- 2Attract and educate new tenants to sustain high occupancy
- 3Investigate and resolve tenant complaints to preserve relationships
- 4Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- 5Ensure all work orders and repairs are processed promptly and tracked for completion
- 6Supervise and train property staff to maintain service standards

Requirements5
- 1At least 5 years experience in property management
- 2MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH
