What You'll Do8
- 1Build tenant and vendor relationships while ensuring owner satisfaction
- 2Oversee rent collection, vendor negotiations, unit inspections, leasing, renewals, and marketing
- 3Review tenant ledgers monthly and resolve rent discrepancies
- 4Track capital improvement projects to meet timelines and quality standards
- 5Use Appfolio to manage resident data, prepare reports, and maintain property records
- 6Drive delinquency follow-ups to maximize rental income
- 7Coordinate with maintenance teams on work orders and inspections
- 8Lead leasing activities and resident renewal processes
Requirements7
- 1Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2Prior property management, assistant management, or leasing strongly preferred
- 3Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word essential
- 5Appfolio experience a plus
- 6Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking
- 7Ability to work independently with multiple priorities and deadlines
