Overview
You will own the full leasing cycle for a multifamily residential community in Austin, turning prospects into signed leases with bilingual service. You will manage tours, applications, and lease paperwork while partnering with property management and maintenance teams. Reporting to the property manager, you will work on-site with a team of leasing professionals. This role stands out because it requires fluency in both English and Spanish, with Yardi, OneSite, ResMan, RealPage, or Knock experience highly valued. You will also ensure Fair Housing compliance while building resident relationships.
What You'll Do10
- 1Greet prospective residents and deliver engaging property tours that showcase amenities and unit features.
- 2Respond to phone, email, online, and walk-in leasing inquiries within one business day.
- 3Explain apartment availability, pricing, community policies, and leasing requirements clearly.
- 4Follow up with prospects consistently to maximize lease conversions and meet occupancy goals.
- 5Process rental applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease paperwork with accuracy.
- 6Assist with lease signings, renewals, and move-ins while maintaining resident communication.
- 7Track prospect and resident data in Yardi, OneSite, ResMan, RealPage, or Knock.
- 8Build strong relationships with current residents to support retention and community outreach.
- 9Keep the leasing office, model units, and tour routes presentation-ready at all times.
- 10Follow Fair Housing regulations and company policies during every interaction.
Requirements10
- 1Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
- 21+ years of apartment leasing or multifamily property management experience.
- 3Proven ability to conduct property tours and close leases.
- 4Experience with Yardi, OneSite, ResMan, RealPage, or Knock.
- 5Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for professional interactions.
- 6Organized with attention to detail for processing paperwork and resident data.
- 7Comfortable using computers, email, and web-based software.
- 8Reliable attendance and dependable transportation for on-site work.
- 9Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines and leasing regulations.
- 10Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.
Salary Insight
