Overview
You own the full leasing cycle for a multifamily community in Austin, turning prospects into signed leases. You work with Yardi, OneSite, or ResMan to manage leads and resident data. You collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to deliver a seamless resident experience. This role demands bilingual English and Spanish fluency and a track record of closing leases.
What You'll Do10
- 1Greet prospective residents and lead engaging property tours
- 2Respond to phone, email, online, and walk-in leasing inquiries within the hour
- 3Explain apartment availability, pricing, community amenities, policies, and leasing requirements
- 4Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize leasing conversions
- 5Process rental applications, required documentation, and lease paperwork accurately
- 6Assist with lease signings, renewals, move-ins, and resident communications
- 7Maintain accurate prospect and resident information in Yardi, OneSite, or ResMan
- 8Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents
- 9Assist with resident retention and community outreach efforts
- 10Maintain professional presentation of the leasing office, model units, and tour routes

- 91+ years of apartment leasing or multifamily property management experience
