Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing multifamily properties
- 3HVAC certification or EPA certification
- 4Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and general apartment maintenance
- 5Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
- 6Reliable professional and dependable
