You will own day-to-day maintenance for a multifamily community in Houston, responding to resident work orders and completing make-readies. You will troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances while keeping common areas and the shop organized. The role starts immediately with full-time hours and onsite work. What You'll Do7

  • 1Complete apartment maintenance and service requests within 24 hours
  • 2Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other issues
  • 3Perform apartment make-readies and preventative maintenance to EPA and CPO standards
  • 4Complete work orders accurately, noting parts used and time spent
  • 5Assist with maintaining common areas and property grounds to curb appeal
  • 6Provide professional customer service to residents, explaining repairs clearly
  • 7Maintain a clean, safe, and organized maintenance shop, restocking parts weekly

Requirements7

  • 12+ years multifamily or apartment maintenance experience
  • 2Hands-on repair skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
  • 3EPA certification preferred, CPO certification preferred
  • 4Strong troubleshooting and repair skills, using diagnostic tools for HVAC systems
  • 5Reliable transportation and dependable attendance, with 40+ hour availability
  • 6Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following safety protocols
  • 7Professional attitude and strong work ethic, with resident satisfaction focus
