Property Coordinator, Commercial Property Management
Overview
You will own tenant relations and office operations for a national commercial property management firm in Orlando. You will orchestrate tenant events, coordinate maintenance dispatch, and manage vendor compliance. Working alongside a Property Manager, you will handle daily administrative workflows and concierge requests. What You'll Do10
- 1Answer phones and greet incoming guests or tenants, setting the tone for a professional office environment.
- 2Maintain tenant files with MS Office tools, ensuring lease documents and compliance records stay current.
- 3Execute property events including tenant appreciation days, managing logistics and vendor coordination.
- 4Assist tenants with specialty concierge services, addressing requests for amenities or local recommendations.
- 5Support the Property Manager with projects such as certificates of insurance tracking and business license renewals.
- 6Dispatch maintenance for tenant requests using property management software, tracking work orders.
- 7Communicate with vendors and contractors on service schedules, pricing, and completion timelines.
- 8Manage vendor files and accounts payable by coding invoices and routing for approval.
- 9Schedule meetings for the Manager and prepare correspondence and reports.
- 10Resolve tenant questions or concerns regarding building policies and external improvements.
Requirements6
- 1BA or BS degree in business, real estate, or related field.
- 22+ years of office experience in an administrative or coordinator capacity.
- 3Intermediate MS Office skills, including Excel and Outlook.
- 4Experience with commercial property management is a plus.
- 5Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively with diverse teams.
- 6Strong attention to detail in managing contracts, certificates, and schedules.
