Property Administrator, Real Estate Admin & Coordination
Overview
Own administrative support for a property portfolio at a growing real estate firm with exposure to accounts payable, tenant relations, and light event coordination. You’ll work under a Property Manager on a beautiful office portfolio in Indianapolis, developing industry experience and mentorship. What You'll Do10
- 1Greet guests and tenants and answer incoming calls
- 2Respond to emails and portal requests with timely follow-up
- 3Coordinate with vendors and schedule routine maintenance
- 4Maintain certificates of insurance and business licenses
- 5Update tenant files and contact tenants for file changes
- 6Coordinate tenant and capital improvements
- 7Approve and code incoming payables and monitor accounts receivable
- 8Prepare reports for the Manager and follow up on late payments
- 9Coordinate tenant appreciation events and respond to emergencies
- 10Serve as liaison between Property Manager and tenants
Requirements10
- 1MS Office - intermediate to advanced
- 22+ years of Administrative experience, property management experience preferred
- 31 year in property management or related real estate environment
- 4BS or BA preferred
- 5Strong communication and problem solving abilities
- 6Ability to work with numbers and people
- 7Capability to collaborate with a team
- 8Open to candidates from student housing, residential, or commercial backgrounds
- 9Ability to manage light event coordination and administrative duties
- 10Onsite full-time role in Indianapolis
