Overview
You will own day-to-day administrative operations for a busy property management team in Columbus, Ohio. You will work with Microsoft Office tools daily, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to maintain records and processing invoices. What You'll Do8

- 6Review compliance documents such as insurance certificates for completeness and accuracy.
- 7Assist with budget preparation by compiling data in Excel and tracking line items.
- 8Coordinate travel and meeting logistics for property management staff.
Requirements8
- 12+ years in an administrative or property-related role handling multiple priorities.
- 2Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- 3Experience processing invoices, accounts payable, or purchase orders in a financial administrative capacity.
- 4Strong verbal and written communication skills for tenant and vendor interactions.
- 5High attention to detail for document review and compliance checks.
- 6Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and work independently.
- 7Typing speed of 50+ WPM and solid filing and recordkeeping skills.
- 8Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) is a plus.
