Property and Asset Management Analyst, Space Sector
Overview
Own property and asset records for government programs across Chandler and Gilbert sites with scale across multiple facilities. You will maintain accurate records, support audits, and coordinate inventories and surveillance reviews. You'll work with Buyers, Subcontract Administrators, and PFPs to ensure asset accountability while engaging with internal and external customers and government regulators. This role offers exposure to PMSA, CSA reviews, and AS9100 audits, within a mission driven space environment.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and update property records in the property database to maintain accuracy across sites
- 2Prepare periodic and special reports on property and material review and AGPR and PIEE GFP module status
- 3Coordinate and conduct property surveillance reviews and annual physical inventories at supplier and subcontractor sites
- 4Collaborate with Buyers, Subcontract Administrators, and Program and Functional area PFPs to ensure asset accountability
- 5Support Property Management System Analysis and audits including Mission Assurance and AS9100
- 6Assist program management in planning and executing property management life cycle
- 7Provide guidance to team members and maintain property accountability records
- 8Determine asset condition and arrange disposal of surplus/obsolete material
- 9Engage with internal and external stakeholders including government regulatory agencies
- 10Travel and occasional irregular hours as required
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience in property and asset management or logistics or contracts OR 6 years of relevant experience in property and asset management
- 2Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance
- 3Strong PC skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
- 4Experience with property and asset management concepts, standards and best practices
- 5Ability to work irregular hours and travel
- 6Preferred: NPMA certifications (CPPS CPPA CPPM)
- 7Familiarity with FAR 52-245.1 and DFARS
- 8Experience in hazardous environments
- 9Aerospace/Defense industry experience
- 10Ability to interpret federal regulations and perform independent judgment
Salary Insight
$60 - $89k per year
