Real Property Analyst - Contingent Upon Contract Award
Overview
This role owns daily real property execution support embedded at designated Readiness Divisions and Mission Support Commands. The analyst reports to the USARC G-3/5/7 Engineers Directorate and supports large-scale projects. This position differs by focusing on unique Army Reserve funded installations and mobile deployment capabilities.
What You'll Do8
- 1Coordinates daily updates with local DPW Realty staff to maintain the General Fund Enterprise Business System
- 2Plans and executes physical real property asset inventories across geographic footprints
- 3Researches historical documentation for as-built assets and prepares DD Form 1354 capitalization packets
- 4Executes remediation for InSITE discrepancies prioritizing over $1M assets
- 5Reconciles Universe of Transactions and resolves unmatched transactions between systems
- 6Supports HQDA USARC taskers and G-4 quality assurance/QC sample testing
- 7Deploys within five days to CONUS or ten days to OCONUS for surge audits
- 8Maintains readiness for mobile support team deployments to specific regions
Requirements5
- 1Minimum of two years experience in DoD real property management
- 2Proficiency in GFEBS Real Property roles including maintainer inventory processor and BI reporter
- 3Demonstrated knowledge of AR 405-45 and InSITE processes
- 4Active SECRET clearance and valid government travel card
- 5Bachelor's degree in Real Property or related field
