What You'll Do11
- 1Design and implement inventory management systems using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe applications
- 2Oversee asset lifecycle processes including receiving barcoding and disposal procedures
- 3Conduct daily provisioning and maintenance activities through detailed administrative oversight
- 4Analyze consumption patterns to maintain optimal stock levels for thousands of tracked items
- 5Coordinate equipment movements between facilities while documenting all transactions
- 6Generate comprehensive reports to evaluate delivery performance and resource allocation
- 7Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance during inventory audits
- 8Support logistics analysts by managing distribution networks and supply chain requirements
- 9Perform specialized tasks like palletizing and de-palletizing when staffing is limited
- 10Maintain physical asset records through meticulous documentation and tracking systems
- 11Ensure regulatory compliance during asset transfers and disposition processes
Requirements8
- 1TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph verification currently active
- 2Bachelor degree in any field with minimum 2 years relevant experience
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management systems
- 4Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pound weights
- 5Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Outlook applications
- 6Strong analytical skills for inventory optimization and reporting
