What You'll Do9
- 1Design and implement scalable solutions for desktop software and hardware support including UPS and data transfers
- 2Own Tier 2 technical deployments and training resources for mission IT environments
- 3Resolve critical IT issues through remote desktop support and efficient troubleshooting
- 4Utilize enterprise ticketing systems to document and track incidents
- 5Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- 6Collaborate across teams to meet mission requirements while adhering to security policies
- 7Support Sponsors enterprise IT incident management tools
- 8Drive continuous improvement in IT operations and service delivery
- 9Maintain high standards of customer service and technical excellence
Requirements10
- 1Demonstrated experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support on mission systems and networks
- 2Proven ability to interact with service providers for connectivity and network resolution
- 3Experience using enterprise ticketing systems for incident documentation
- 4Knowledge of VTC platforms including Microsoft Teams WebEx and Skype
- 5Background in providing remote desktop support for critical issue resolution
- 6Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- 75+ years of relevant IT support experience
- 8US Citizenship required
- 9Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph within 30 days
- 10Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
