What You'll Do5

  • 1Build and coordinate acquisition activities including SOW/SOO/PWS development, market research, AoA, and cost estimation to support project milestones
  • 2Design and deliver program level financial tracking and reporting for construction, infrastructure sustainment, maintenance, repair, and operations costs to aid decision making
  • 3Own real property management reporting, maintain monthly asset tracking and ensure property documentation is updated
  • 4Ship project execution from initiation to close by QA/QC of PRDs, manage data in multiple databases, review change requests and IAAs, and assemble client presentations
  • 5Drive risk assessment for performance schedule and cost, develop risk baselines, monitor mitigation effectiveness, and prepare risk reports

  • 1Minimum of 5+ years of experience
  • 2Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in Business or Data Analytics
  • 3Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, deliverable driven environment
  • 4Strong analytical ability to break down large data sets and translate findings into meaningful trends
  • 5Ability to work autonomously and provide expert level guidance on focus areas
  • 6Experience with geographically dispersed contracts and stakeholder management
  • 7Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with knowledge of Access and SAP preferred
  • 8DHS experience preferred
  • 9Current active CBP or DHS Public Trust suitability background
  • 10U.S. citizen and able to pass a background investigation for government clearance
