What You'll Do11

  • 1Develop and maintain technical documentation including executive briefings and performance metrics supporting commercial innovation technologies
  • 2Coordinate leadership calendars and Microsoft Teams activities across multiple stakeholders
  • 3Manage FOIA requests by preparing responsive documentation and coordinating leadership reviews
  • 4Produce executive-level administrative support and specialized correspondence for senior leadership
  • 5Implement process improvements for electronic file management and organizational metrics
  • 6Support deployment planning and transition activities for mission-critical systems
  • 7Collaborate with government leadership and commercial providers on capability demonstrations

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor's degree from accredited institution with 8+ years professional experience
  • 2Minimum 2 years supporting DHS or component agencies with executive-level administrative experience
  • 3Proven ability to manage complex portfolios and coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • 4Expertise in Microsoft Teams for collaboration and document sharing
  • 5Strong background in requirements documentation and performance metric development
  • 6Experience handling FOIA requests including redaction and regulatory compliance
  • 7Familiarity with Privacy Act and federal records management standards
  • 8Certifications: FOIA Certification and Privacy Act Certification preferred
  • 9Ability to travel domestically for field engagements and stakeholder meetings
  • 10Background investigation clearance required for CBP facility access
