Program Analyst, Data Analytics & PMO Support
Overview
You own data analytics and project management for a DHS CBP portfolio, reporting to the Program Management Analyst Branch. You sit on a team of analysts supporting real property projects, ensuring accurate tracking and risk oversight. This role blends Excel modeling, SAP data management, and stakeholder coordination. What You'll Do7
- 1Plan and execute meetings with stated goals, driving actionable outcomes for the PMO and PMA branch.
- 2Assist Project Managers in acquisition activities, drafting SOW/SOO/PWS, market research, and cost estimates.
- 3Track and report program costs for construction, sustainment, and maintenance, giving senior leaders visibility into performance.
- 4Maintain real property inventory, updating monthly reports for accurate asset tracking.
- 5Run project reporting and QA/QC of PRDs, managing data in databases and reviewing change requests.
- 6Draft IAAs and build presentations to support project milestones.
- 7Perform risk assessments on schedule, cost, and performance, establishing baselines and monitoring mitigation strategies.
Requirements8
- 15+ years in program analysis or project support.
- 2Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.
- 3Break down large data sets in Excel to deliver trends and insights.
- 4Work autonomously with expert-level guidance on focus areas.
- 5Manage geographically dispersed contracts and stakeholders effectively.
- 6Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Access and SAP preferred.
- 7DHS experience and active CBP Public Trust clearance are superstars.
- 8U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background investigation for Public Trust clearance.
