Project Manager, MEP Construction & On-site Leadership
Overview
Own construction project delivery from planning through closeout on on-site facilities projects in the Phoenix area. Lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget completion. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain project schedules and ensure alignment with the master schedule
- 2Lead pre-job planning meetings and capture action items to drive on-time delivery
- 3Own subcontracting and equipment buys to support schedule and budget
- 4Drive monthly contract billings and cash flow management during performance
- 5Oversee on-site inspections, progress tracking, and issue resolution to protect scope and quality
- 6Coordinate with clients, vendors, and trades to resolve conflicts and maintain strong relationships
- 7Review estimates, update cost reporting, and ensure accurate loading into the cost system
- 8Communicate project status and key risks to management with timely updates
- 9Develop and implement policies for continuous improvement in project delivery
- 10Visit sites to verify progress and enforce safety and quality standards
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor's degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 22-5 years of project management experience in construction or MEP environments
- 3Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5Strong presentation skills and proactive mindset
- 6Willingness to on-site work in Phoenix, AZ and travel as needed
Salary Insight
$110 - $130k per year
