What You'll Do11
- 1Manage multiple projects from kickoff through final closeout
- 2Serve as primary contact for customers throughout each project
- 3Coordinate activities between Engineering Manufacturing Customer Solutions Submittal Services S-Mark Inspections and other internal teams
- 4Lead project kickoff and coordination meetings
- 5Track project schedules engineering drawings submittals RFIs change orders approvals and documentation
- 6Coordinate fabrication schedules procurement activities installation planning and project logistics
- 7Monitor project progress identify potential risks delays or scope changes
- 8Maintain organized project documentation and provide regular project status updates
- 9Work closely with vendors subcontractors and suppliers to support successful project execution
- 10Assist in resolving project challenges while keeping stakeholders informed
- 11Support continuous improvement initiatives within Project Management department
Requirements10
- 1Organized detail-oriented professional who brings people together to achieve shared goals
- 22 to 4 years of project coordination or project management experience in manufacturing structural steel construction engineering fabrication or related industry
- 3Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5Ability to interpret drawings specifications schedules and contract documents
- 6Experience coordinating multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- 7Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning project management software
- 8Bachelor's degree in engineering Construction Management Business or related field preferred with equivalent experience
- 9PMP certification is a plus
- 10Travel approximately 20 percent of time primarily within Southern California with occasional overnight travel

$90 - $94k per year
