What You'll Do11
- 1Oversee and coordinate multiple construction and steel fabrication erection projects from kickoff through completion
- 2Coordinate with clients vendors subcontractors field crews internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- 3Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and progress reports
- 4Review project drawings specifications and contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy
- 5Track material procurement fabrication schedules and delivery timelines
- 6Oversee field installation and erection activities to meet quality safety standards
- 7Manage RFIs submittals change orders and project documentation
- 8Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- 9Monitor labor productivity project costs and overall project performance
- 10Ensure adherence to OSHA safety standards and company policies
- 11Resolve project issues and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements11
- 13+ years of project management experience in steel fabrication steel erection or general construction
- 2Strong understanding of structural steel projects fabrication processes and construction operations
- 3Experience managing commercial industrial or infrastructure projects preferred
- 4Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- 5Knowledge of scheduling software project tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- 6Strong communication leadership and organizational skills
- 7Experience coordinating fabrication shop operations and field installation teams
- 8Familiarity with budgeting cost control and contract management
- 9OSHA knowledge and commitment to workplace safety
- 10Experience working with subcontractors vendors and general contractors
- 11Knowledge of structural steel detailing and erection sequencing
