Project Manager, Electrical Construction
Overview
You will lead electrical construction projects from start to finish, owning scope, budget, and timelines. You manage multi-family and mixed-use builds, coordinating with architects, engineers, and general contractors. You work onsite in Tampa, FL, for a contractor that prioritizes long-term growth. What You'll Do10

- 4Negotiate change orders, RFIs, and contract scope to resolve issues promptly.
- 5Manage project budget, tracking expenditures and reporting performance to management.
- 6Identify and mitigate project risks early through proactive assessment.
- 7Maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, and general contractors for customer satisfaction.
- 8Conduct site walks to verify quality and progress against standards.
- 9Lead project closeout, including documentation, filing, and team debriefing.
- 10Drive division profitability by executing projects effectively and controlling costs.
Requirements10
- 13+ years of project management experience in electrical construction.
- 2Proficiency in Procore and electrical project management software.
- 3Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- 4Expertise in estimating and cost control for construction projects.
- 5Solid understanding of building codes and multi-family/mixed-use construction.
- 6Journeyman or master electrical license is a plus.
- 7OSHA certification preferred.
- 8FASA BASA certification preferred.
- 9Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for team coordination.
- 10Stable employment history with a track record of successful project delivery.
