The Electrical Project Manager will lead multi-family housing construction initiatives across Tampa and eleven markets. This 100% employee owned firm seeks a leader to drive project success. You will own complex schedules and coordinate teams to deliver high-quality results.
What You'll Do11
- 1Assist with critical layouts and develop detailed trade drawings using 2D and Blueprint software
- 2Manage project schedules and ensure on-time completion
- 3Create and monitor detailed task sequences and durations
- 4Review and process electrical submittals and RFIs
- 5Prepare change orders and monthly billing based on progress
- 6Conduct weekly job site meetings and coordinate with Operations Manager
- 7Monitor job costs and prepare performance reports
- 8Perform routine inspections to verify code compliance
- 9Guide staff to resolve obstacles and meet project goals
- 10Maintain OSHA safety standards and manage project closings
- 11Oversee subcontract performance and vendor coordination
Requirements11
- 15+ years project management experience in construction
- 23+ years supervisory experience
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- 4Experience with project management software and blueprint reading
- 5Physical stamina for standing walking bending and lifting up to 50lbs
- 6Ability to work in all weather conditions with proper PPE
