Overview
Lead project documentation track and submit logs while overseeing commercial drywalling and metal stud framing. Ensure crews complete assignments on time and within budget. Based in Las Vegas NV.
What You'll Do10
- 1Track and submit logs project drawings specifications
- 2Create and submit RFIs change orders field inspections
- 3Perform quality control and inform superintendent of concerns
- 4Manage change management create and maintain logs communicate with trades
- 5Review internal invoices request schedules ensure payment
- 6Own and scale project operations
- 7Drive communication between stakeholders
- 8Utilize Procore construction management software
- 9Maintain confidentiality of project information
- 10Coordinate with luxury construction teams
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 5 years framing drywall experience new construction renovation interior builds
- 2Bachelor of Science degree Construction Management or related engineering
- 3Excellent verbal written communication skills
- 4Experience with AWS Kubernetes environments
- 5Proven ability to lead 3-5 season teams
- 6Knowledge of SECP Card certification
- 7Strong organizational abilities
- 8Demonstrated leadership experience
- 9Familiarity with drywall industry standards
- 10Ability to manage budgets up to $120k
