What You'll Do13
- 1Lead project kickoff contract buyout cost tracking billing labor projections change orders quality control
- 2Develop and manage project schedules construction sequencing durations look-ahead plans
- 3Coordinate subcontractor scopes submittals RFIs lead times
- 4Monitor budget scope ensure on-time completion under budget
- 5Provide clear communication around project decisions and changes
- 6Identify and mitigate risks to budget and schedule
- 7Prepare construction schedules submittal logs meeting agendas
- 8Lead bi-weekly internal meetings OAC meetings with consultants clients
- 9Track scope changes address cost schedule implications
- 10Serve as liaison between client architect consultants internal teams
- 11Document drawings submittals RFIs closeout materials as-built drawings warranties manuals
- 12Participate in After Action Reviews assess performance
- 13Support and mentor assistant project managers oversee their work
Requirements16
- 1Minimum 5 years managing high-end residential construction projects
- 2Experience with budgets $5M to $40M
- 3Bachelor’s degree preferred architectural or engineering background
- 4Strong understanding contract language building codes construction technologies
- 5Proficiency Microsoft Office Procore Bluebeam required
- 6Experience MS Project or Smartsheet strong plus
- 7Ability to read architectural drawings technical documentation
- 8Highly organized detail-oriented self-directed
- 9Excellent written verbal communication skills
- 10Manage multiple projects meet deadlines fast-paced environment
